You may cancel your footwear order within 30 days without providing a specific reason.

The cancellation window closes 30 days after you, or a third party assigned by you, receives your premium sandals. We aim for absolute satisfaction with every step you take.

To exercise your right to return, you must notify us of your decision through a clear, written statement.

We process reimbursements within 30 days of receiving your return. We use your original payment method, ensuring a seamless experience with no additional transaction fees for your refund.

Return Conditions:

To ensure your return is eligible, please verify that:

  • Items were purchased in the last 30 days

  • Footwear is in original, unworn condition

Non-returnable items:

  • Footwear made to your specific measurements or clearly personalized.

  • Items that show signs of wear or are not suitable for return due to their delicate nature.

  • Products returned without original luxury packaging or missing protective seals.

  • Items that have been modified or repaired by any third party after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these quality standards at our sole discretion.

Shipping Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Please send your items to our boutique center:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the product is received and inspected, a digital gift certificate will be issued to your account.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser of the footwear.
